No, those are considered assets, not income. The only income from assets at a bank would be dividend or interest income but a fixed deposit at a bank wouldn't be because the amount can change at any time (you withdraw it).

Another data point is that this year Chase shifted away from annual household income to annual income, being they only want you to use your individual income. How they can enforce this, I don't know, but in the past when housewives would put their husbands income it would work but when they start putting 250,000 income as a housewife it raised eyebrows and often into declines.
