NH has also had enough of a premium market at IAD that they maintain their own lounge at IAD, for at least a decade, for their premium pax instead of forcing them to use an awful RCC.
Plus, ORD is NH's main feeder into second-tier cities throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and South (along with IAD to a more limited extent). No, NH will not be discontinuing these flights anytime soon. (I wouldn't be surprised if IAD went back to a Y/C only config, though.)
