As of today, no, they will not have retrofitted existing metal to the new layout on the ORD or IAD routes. Both routes are the least traveled on ANA to NRT and I'd be surprised if they got to it before 2Q 2012. I'm currently booked in F on an ORD-NRT route myself in Feb; out of 247 seats only 22 are filled. Of course that will change, but not by 200, prob not even by 100.
I would call dropping IAD/ORD-NRT service doubtful. Seat maps are a poor predictor of loads and ORD-NRT-ORD, IME, in the 7 times I've done this this route, C has been at least 80% full.
NH has also had enough of a premium market at IAD that they maintain their own lounge at IAD, for at least a decade, for their premium pax instead of forcing them to use an awful RCC.
