The only way to know for sure if if NH announces it. Your chances of having a newly configured AC on ORD-NRT are slim to none as NRT-LAX and NRT-SFO routes have recently been upgraded to the new product. So far the only routes with the inspiration of Japan line are JFK/SFO/LAX/LHR/FRA-NRT.
