As of today, no, they will not have retrofitted existing metal to the new layout on the ORD or IAD routes. Both routes are the least traveled on ANA to NRT and I'd be surprised if they got to it before 2Q 2012. In fact, something in my gut tells me ANA may even discontinue these routes altogether, or perhaps make them seasonal. I'm currently booked in F on an ORD-NRT route myself in Feb; out of 247 seats only 22 are filled. Of course that will change, but not by 200, prob not even by 100.
The last known refit is LAX-NRT by the end of Jan. Unless ANA posts different on their site in the next few weeks, ORD-NRT will not have the new staggered J or square suites in F by March.
