Thank you for contacting Delta Air Lines regarding your in-flight voucher fulfillment. We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of e-mails. Please expect 3-4 additional weeks for a response. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. 
I got the same automated e-mail response but nevertheless the miles were credited within 24 hours. Then again, my request was made during the week and during working hours.
