Nice idea for a thread
HB.
My best BA experience of the year was probably taking the BabyBus back from JFK on a Sunday night back in February. It was my "first time". Loved the aircraft, the attention from the crew and the feeling that they were really going the extra mile to make the whole experience feel very polished indeed. And I also ate far too many cookies in the pre-flight dining area, and then even more cookies on board. You can't go wrong on that score alone ^
My worst BA experience, I'm sorry to say, was flying back from PHX in F in August and experiencing a Mixed Fleet crew for the first time. And it was a flight I was really look forward to, to end what had been an AMAZING 17-day fly-drive holiday on a high note. But that's another story...

And to throw something else in. The BA experience which suprised me the most? That would be flying back from DUS and discovering an absolute gem of a BA lounge. Been in there a couple of times since and it really is a very nice place to spend some time indeed. And always sooooo quiet too.
