Interesting! Quite different from "adios". In fact close to how you imagined an English person would pronounce "Avios"

Thanks! I have to get a geographical number to call, or I'll have to wait until I get back to the UK as I can't get through to that number from overseas. You don't happen to have a geographical number for that, do you?
