Hey I'm DM and an employee. Most of the time I do not have time to change out of my uniform after working a flight before catching a plane to take me home. And this is on a full fair ticket.

If you want to enforce a rule saying I (as a full fair paying customer who is DM) cannot wear a uniform, then how about some more rules and just enforce a formal dress code to FC. And no feet on the wall, and no picking your nose.
