I know there's been a lot of negative feedback about the US call centre/center, so I thought I'd share my positive experience today. I gave them a call as my flight back to London this evening was showing a 7.5 hr delay - got through almost straight away, and was rebooked onto tomorrow's flight by a very helpful agent.
