I signed up a couple weeks ago and spent the $200 on Black Friday. I got an email this morning with a link to get the gift card. Interestingly, the email says I have to click the link to be eligible to get the gift card *while supplies last*. So I guess you have to be in the first 80,000 to claim the gift card after spending the $200.
