Your stay has to occur before the e-cert's expiration.

Note that normally you can't extend the life of one of those e-certs, but I think a few lucky FTers have mentioned they were able to do so. Therefore, you might call MR and ask them if they will give you a "one-time" cert extension to use for your July trip. The worst that can happen is they say no.
