Anyone with the signia MasterCard in the Netherlands? I received mine this week and have questions.

They say you receive a prioritypass for airport lounges. However, no pass was in the mail nor was there a form to request one.

So my question is: is showing the creditcard sufficiënt on getting lounge access? Even the customer service was quite clueless.
