Have you considered flying the SEA-MCO redeye, then renting a car and driving to Tampa? It's only about a 90 minute drive, traffic dependent. That way, you get to fly AS the whole way and only connect once. I also believe it will get you to Tampa the earliest. I realize this is dependent upon if you wanted to rent a car and if the MCO redeye is offered.
Yeah, I used to do that but I've gotten burned 1 too many times and just won't book that redeye ever again. You can read all about it here
