using 10k MQM promo to reach DM
My wife is 10k MQM shy of reaching DM. Planning to apply for the Delta reserve card. Have two questions:

- Will we be able to get the 10k MQM bonus this year?
- If I apply for myself, can I gift the MQM to her or should she apply herself?
