FS-Mom is flying DEN-EWR tomorrow afternoon on CO, with her return on UA. I used a CR1 to upgrade the UA segment, and we figured we would wait for UDU to clear her on DEN-EWR..

Trying to check-in, I receive the error that a valid eTicket coupon cannot be found. Calling CO, I was told that she would only be able to do check-in at DIA. Is there anybody at CO that can override the computer issue, and allow her to OLCI?

Also loved the reasoning from the CSR as to why UA was moving to SHARES.. Guess FastAir+Apollo are 15 years older than SHARES, and have less capability..
