Remember the #1 rule of DM. Never, ever acknowledge an FO other than to point at them then point to your bags.

Congrats on crossing the threshold. It may take a while to realize it, but now that you're a DM you will never, ever want to go back to herd and be a lowly PM. Your life is ruined as a direct result of this status upgrade.
