I also make a green smoothie. I start with either coconut water or filtered cold water. I froze fresh organic kale in freezer bags and I add half of a quart bag of kale. A bananna for creamyness and frozen blueberries and sometime frozen strawberries. Then I may add frozen cherries or grapes or a apple and maybe a bit of lemon or lime juice and a bit of stevia to taste. It is a healthy fast breakfast.
