IIRC, now that DL is paying off it's bond obligation in MN the only thing keeping HIBRES open is their metrics and FTers feedback. I'm in HIB every few months and the best hotel in the area happens to be adjacent to the res center. They put up a pretty nice Delta Christmas light display every year.
They seem to be adding jobs in Chisholm because a few months back I remember reading a thread about them hiring and sure enough it appears they are hiring again! Hopefully they keep hiring and grow the center (I know its a long shot!). I always wondered though- Are they hiring to truly add jobs or is the turnover that high in a call center where they need to hire new agents every few months?
