Completely understood regarding the never-ending changes in FF programs - I've been "playing the game" for well over a quarter-century.

My point, however, stands - I believe that BA could significantly mitigate the disappointment some (yes, myself included) feel regarding the very substantial recent changes by simply offering to redeem at the old rates for a reasonable period of time. I have no expectations that BA will do this, however; nor will I be shaking my fist in the direction of BA's HQ, red-faced, when such fails to happen.

My dense Yank-brain still fails to comprehend, however, how this can be the "biggest load of tosh ever" read by someone with almost 19k posts and over a half-decade on the forums. Heck, I read worse (IMO) on a daily, if not hourly, basis!
