I did call an agent today who confirmed what I suspect: MCI-CLT has no current upgrade availability but isn't full in F. She said to cross my fingers on that one...it might clear later. But she said CLT-PHL should confirm immediately in the next sweep, which should be this afternoon.

If I haven't been upgraded by late tonight, I'll call again. She said they can do a manual upgrade if it's clear that availability is there but the sweep didn't work. But she felt like I should wait one more sweep...
