I'm flying out of PVG on AA and unfortunately will likely require assistance with a waitlisted SWU and possibly some other complicated ticketing issues. Where in the airport is my best bet of finding someone who is competent to handle this, fluent in english, and employed by AA (if they exist at PVG?)

- Check in desk agent?
- KA/CX operated lounge?
- Gate agent?

Also, If I can't OLCI will they allow me to check in at the airport the night before? It looks the check-in desk should be open since there is a late night PVG-LAX flight.
