Thank goodness that Delta hasn't closed the Iron Range office! I called today to cancel my award ticket due to becoming ill. Unfortunately, I am doing this less than 72 hours before departure. Lo and behold, the CS person was able to redeposit the mileage. When I asked where the person was located, she said she was at Iron Range. I wish we had a direct number to that office!
I love HIBRES, worst part of being a DM is that I rarely get Chisholm anymore. I don't get why Chisholm wouldn't be a DM office since it seems that many on this board love Chisholm and think the agents are the best of DL. If DL is listening To its most frequent flyers: PLEASE make Chisholm a dedicated DM Line! Or give us a direct number....I will gladly hold 10 mins to get a Chisholm agent over any other office
