It really depends on time of day, but SFO domestic is certainly the worst in the system for speed at busy times. Product of the most tech-oriented metro area in the world combined with a system that was put in to be a pay product with lower usage.
I've had weird connectivity problems at IAD, but not really speed issues anywhere other than SFO.
