According to the Transfer Guide on FRA website, Skyline trains run

5:30 am - 11:00 pm : transit every 2-3 min and domestic every 2-3 min
11:00 pm - 5:30 am : domestic every 5 min

Presumably only the landside platforms can be used during the night, but the full service after 5:30 am.
