FYI, the word 'trade' is considered a 4 letter word here. We usually say 'gift'.

So for example I may give you a gift of... and you may gift me something.

If you spend a day or 2 reading these boards you will learn a lot. I promise.

Read your airline of choice board and the other boards on top. My favorite is coupon connection.
After you read, you'll get the hang of it. You'll know what you can and can't do. It's amazing what you can learn here. Sort of a legit way to beat they system. A little knowledge is very useful.
