I thought one of the points of the alliances was to fix this kind of stuff. I flew Britsh Midland 30 days ago, verified twice that my UA number was in their computer, and no mileage posting. OK, it's only 500 miles, but I hate to think that I have to expend the energy to find my ticket and boarding pass because they don't have the computers worked out yet....
