I guess its pretty much standard procedure that when you request missing flight credits to a FFP, they will ask you for a copy of the ticket and of the boarding pass.

I can understand that having the boarding pass works as proof-of-boarding, but, doesnt the airline have computer records to verify that you actually took that flight without having the boarding pass presented?

Im now faced with 2 international business class flights that are missing from my LH M&More account, and for both cases I was dumb enough to lose the boarding passes....

Any ideas...? Thanks !!
