- While I am not an expert on the subject of the BA ExecClub, I can comment on AA operation: AA would only credit AAdvantage account for the originally paid fare. Because you were flying AA, C fare stands for SWU, Award, and some Passenger Sales ('kiosk') Upgrades from Economy to Business. Nowadays AA is very good in tracking your original purchased fare even after multiple changes, re-routing, etc. Thus, I would assume this would propagate in crediting AA flight to BA.
