I don't see anything in that speech that indicates sincerity to me. Gives me more the impression of someone who is attempting Damage Control only because he was caught red-handed with his hand in the cookie jar, and he's still trying to focus the blame
elsewhere and make himself to look like the pursecuted one. IMHO.

Evasions. Diversions. Rationalizations. Justifications. Accusations. They are all there. This baby's a classic!
