Lunch/dinner flights:
-Tropical mixed nuts
-Full Sundaes (not sludge-although thats good too)
-Fruit/Cheese option for pre-arrival snack on DFW/ORD atleast
-Large salad^ (and a good one too)
-Hawaiian-themed dish
-Upgraded selection of wines and champagnes^

I'd say this is *well* above a typical domestic flight.

Also, on my breakfast flight from the west coast earlier this year, we received tropical mixed nuts prior to arrival^
