Qantas changed their WP rules from February this year in regard to Lounge access.

2 guests in Domestic QF Lounge in AUS + NZ, 1 guest in International First or Business QF Lounge

domestic QF club is open door, no need for flying; guests are allowed Domestic access permitted on same day of Qantas/Jetstar/oneworld flight (Departure and Arrival),
International access permitted before departure of Qantas/Jetstar/oneworld flight.
Also, Expiry: points now expire after 18 months of inactivity ("Family" transfers are not considered "activity".)
