I've posted names of hotels, read reviews look at websites, even a video which clearly shows the size of the rooms, beds and in paritular that there are suites.

I have never staid at any poor HIX in the UK, they've all been similar, new/fairly new, spartan, basic, you-get-what-you pay-for prefab properties.
HIX Paris Place d'Italie that is a poor HIX, microscopic rooms with beds about 50cm wide and a very high price.

New US HIX on the other hand are never cheap but always nice, big rooms and beds, sometimes suites, again you-get-what-you pay-for.

is like is like comparing Mercedes S Class with A Class, they're both Mercs but there's a huge difference.
