In early November I had a flight on UA that I used mt US# on from PVD - ORD - MLI. UA canceled the flight and booked me on Delta and because if that I didn't get credit for the miles or segments which I needed in order to hit Silver.

Today I got a canned response to my request that it was denied. I'm not sure why they would deny it. I booked the flights and used my number. It's not my fault that they cancelled the flight and placed me on the other airline. has anyone had luck with calling and getting that changed? Any suggestions?
