Which Chase card(s) do you hold? Unfortunately, some UR accounts are more equal than others: Chase allows transfers to airlines/hotels/Amtrak for certain cards (e.g., Sapphire Preferred, Ink Bold) but not for others (Freedom, Sapphire).
