ZERO Halliburton should be added to "Tier 1." They offer a "ZERO Risk Protection Warranty," but it's only for "Z-Flex" luggage sold in North America. That's a lifetime warranty which covers airline and common carrier damage to the baggage.

Z-Flex luggage is quite reasonably priced if you can find it on sale, and if it's of reasonable quality. But I haven't seen too many reviews.
