Some 767-300ERs do have 2L boarding door, but they are rare. I know that Delta has a couple inherited from some Latin American airlines. No other US airline uses this config, but BA and a few others do. JAL too I think. 767-400s do have 2L door.
Back to the original topic, I agree that they can swipe things which can be annoying. The only guilt I can plea to is grabbing the premium cabins menus after the flight, walking out. I don't see anything wrong with this, since the flight is over and they'll probably be thrown away anyway.
SAS even gives out the pillows and blankets after boarding in their EuroClass.
