Hi - I would like to downgrade to the regular Diners Club card, but since Diners Club in the U.S. hasn't accepted a new consumer application in several years, that's not an option.

As for the three cardholders left, I am not sure I am too far off the mark. Ten years ago, there were only 25,000 Carte Blanche cardholders. Considering the Diners Club massive attrition rate during Citi's decade of neglect, that number may have dwindled dramatically.
