What the AC site doesn't say, is that the A321 range is "nautical" miles. A check of the Airbus website confirms that it is indeed 2300 nautical miles. That equals roughly 2645 "regular" miles, and with the SFO to YYZ mileage being 2250 miles, it still is a bit tight (395 mile reserve is indicated). Still hoping for a good tailwind.
Anyone know the minimum reserve requirements?
