(and got the free night)
I have a valid Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee Claim for
20.Dez.2011 -1 Night-
(email confirmed one free Night)
Now i need a night at
01.Dez.2011.
The Guaranteeteam said at first: "Yes the claim is valid you got the night"
I told: Sorry, i have a valid claim in the 30 days, i like only the much lower rate from the thirdpartysite. (IHG = 120USD, thirdparty = 60USD)
Now the Guaranteeteam said: Sorry, only one claim in 30 days.
The T&C - for me - is only
one free night in 30 days:
Free Night Restrictions. In the event of a valid claim, the award of a free night is limited to one free night per the name on the reservation for any thirty day period between reservation check-in dates. In addition, in the event of a valid claim, reservations are non-transferable after the claim is found to be valid, and the name on the reservation must remain the same as when the claim is verified. Valid government issued ID is required upon check-in that matches the name found on the reservation. Employees of any IHG company or employees at any IHG hotel are not eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
I ask the Guaranteeteam what is when i have 12 valid claims in one year.
every first day in the month one night.
Then i cant forget the Guarantee for all the bookings in the other 353 (365-12) nights in this year.
They said yes, please book over the thirdpartysite..........
Please remember, i don't want the free night between the 30 days, but i like the lower price from the thirdparty site. (as the old Guarantee)
