I own a limo company here in PIT. The other day, we were meeting a pax coming from a UA flight. The person they were coming to see here in PIT called and told us that their relative in Chicago, who was on the flight, called, and told them the flight was delayed an hour. We told him that it didn't show any delay online. He screamed at us - - I'M TELLING YOU MY SON CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT THE FLIGHT IS DELAYED!! LISTEN TO ME!!!

Well, I checked flightcaster and other places, and still couldn't find the delay - - Long story short - - they must've found another plane. The customer called and said that when the GA announced the delay, they went to eat - - When they went back to the gate - - the flight was GONE!!!

My customers know that I travel a ton!! They should listen to me!!
