FWIW, dinner is not necessarily indicative of time (at least in the Southern US). Sunday dinner is traditionally the 2nd meal of the day anywhere from 11am-3pm (designed to follow church). It is designated dinner by the size of the meal. In the US, lunch is usually a smaller meal while dinner is usually the largest of the day. Understandably and probably more healthy tradition, other countries often enjoy a larger mid-day meal. Anyhoot, a mid-day goose meal on Sunday is what I was looking for .
