Have you tried calling the EXP desk and asking? The EXP phone agent may be able to get you the seat assignment unless seat assignment is already at airport control.
Flight isn't till Monday so shouldn't be under airport control yet. French EXP isn't usually very helpful...
The Expert Flyer notification is a good idea, though lately EF notifications seem to hit my inbox quite late, even after AA's notification does. No "Upgrade Notification" email yet, BTW.
