Are you saying that, if checking bags in, Golds and Silvers should make sure they have an appropriately coloured tag attached to their bags? And that this works?
And that there's a way for the baggage handlers to identify a bag that's being used by a Blue (or a total non-member) that continues (accidentally of course) to bear the Gold luggage tag belonging to the last person to use the bag?
