I never checked out F myself, so I'll leave it to someone else.

SQ F can be both better and worse than QF F, it depends on the QF crew and the hardware.

QF A380 F > SQ 747 F with a mediocre crew, but SQ 380 F > QF 747 F with a mediocre crew.

SQ F can be a little too robotic to be truly great. But this consistency means that SQ F can be better than QF F with a mediocre or poor crew. But QF F with all guns blazing can be better than SQ F, not because SQ has changed (they are so consistent), but because the QF crew are having a good day, and to boot they are on the A380, and extra bonus the food designed by whoever is really good.

It really does all depend with QF as to whether it is good day/ bad day, good aircraft/ older aircraft. With SQ it is good all the time (but not necessarily ever truly sensational). Whereas QF can be sensational on a good day.
