When I applied for the Marriot Rewards, CS and I decided to transfer CL of 10k to approve my Marriott application and close my Continental one Pass account. A couple of days ago, I had a letter stating "we" ( Chase) closed my One pass account and I will be able to receive a free credit report within 60 days.
I called to inquire about the transaction. CS assured me that on credit report, it would be Consumer closed the account rather than Chase.
