So I have a question that is puzzling me.

Suppose All else equal,
IHG Rate is $200 for 1 pax and additional $30 if you book 2 pax.

Booking.com rate is 170 for 1 pax, and also 170 for 2 pax - no mention of additional $30

I know I'm safe if I book 1 pax. But if I book 2 pax, will there be some confusion that invalidates the rates? I'm looking at non-refundable rates so I have to be really careful
