All non "J" fares are "Y". If you have a full fare ticket it will show as either Y1 or Y2. If you have a Y1 or Y2 ticket then you can change it without charge or get a full refund.
You must know what fare basis you bought the ticket in.? To give you an idea of cost a Y1 YYZ - LHR is $2200.00 and a Y2 for the same route is $2,995.00 "J" is $6,000.00. If you paid about $1,000.00 then your fare will be "Q" or "L"
