Traveling solo. Do the seats go 180 flat? My main concern is not having a flat bed and someone sitting next to me. Is there in-seat power? I can download movies so the IFE isn't a huge concern.
As other have said: as long as there are no one in the seat next to you it won`t be all bad, but I do enjoy the newer configuration more and will change flights to avoid the 7442 on overnight flights.
That said the crew can be the game changer here. If you get a good TG F crew and low loads in F, the seat won`t matter that much and you will be in for an excellent flight ^
The 7442 is easily recognized on TGs webpage (just do a dummy booking and click flight details for your flight) as the Boeing 747 All Series Passenger. The 7443 will be listed as the Boeing 747-400.
