In reading the ebags blog this morning I see they have returned their call center to the USA, creating 28 jobs in Peoria, IL. This is a smart move and the company should find ways to highlight it.
I have unusual shipping needs (live in very remote area with no FedEx delivery and limited UPS), so I have to request shipment by USPS. This is cheerfully handled by the ebags.com call center.
